I suppose its like when a gorgeous women walks into a room or a handsome man walks towards us we go all funny in the heart and tummy whilst we’re licking our lips – same thing isn’t it chocolate? – We lust after the pretty wrapping and the taste.
Chocolate they say has a chemical reaction with the brain that triggers such emotions such as feelings of love and sex sometimes even better. Its funny how our focus does not stay long enough with the ill effects of how it makes us feel after having eaten the chocolate : Tummy problems like IBS , foggy in the head, bloated tummy, gas, headaches – migraines, increase in candida levels, skin break out eczema sufferers start to itch and the dreaded kilo starts to show the next day and depression has set in.
Wow do we really love something that makes us feel and look bad. Its almost like a the bad relationship that we cannot forget because at the time we felt short spurts of heightened emotions – might look sweet and alluring on the outside with the pretty wrapper at the time but alas leaves us with all the above symptoms of chocolate.
The pure facts: That we just have to face.
The temptation should leave us very much in contral of the chocolate, have chocolate as a friend in short bursts see them once a month do not make them our long term lovers.
Nothing complicated about eating chocolate. The reason why we feel and present with all these symptoms is because Chocolate is the hardest substance to break down by the liver = Sugar and fat . It increases our candida levels which is a fungal bacteria increasing the amount of bad bacteria to good bacteria the domination of good should be 70% to bad being the 30% which becomes manageable.
I know what your thinking time to move on. Get rid of the bad relationship with chocolate and move on to meet Mr or Mrs right!
